Looking for a temporary subtenant (1 person) in a 3-person shared flat.

Available periods:

• Aug 18 to Nov 19

Move-in and move-out dates are flexible. Rent is calculated per day.
Price: 420 NTD per day, all-inclusive (water, gas, electricity, internet, etc.).

No pets, no smoking. The apartment is near Banqiao MRT station. 2F in an old neighborhood, no elevator, no nightguard. Garbage/recycling pickup comes twice a day, 5 days a week.

My two flatmates (a couple) will be there while I’m away.
They speak both English and Mandarin and are friendly and easy to get along with. They work full-time on weekdays and are around on weekends.

The flat has a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, clothes drying rack, etc.

My room has a private bathroom. The second bathroom is shared by the flatmates and any guests.
The room window faces the living room (quiet when closed). The bathroom has a small window facing the hallway.

There’s a ventilation system in the bathrooms, large ceiling fans, and air conditioning in the rooms.

AC is used efficiently—typically around 25°C with a big quiet fan. Windows and doors to the outside stay closed while using the AC.

Closet and shelves are mostly empty for your own use.
Height-adjustable desk with monitor and docking station is available.
Two large daylight lamps and bedside night lights are also there.

Standard flat-sharing rules: mutual respect and personal freedom.
Kitchen and living room are kept clean together. Vacuum and cleaning tools available.

Guests are welcome anytime. Events (flat parties, birthdays, game or movie nights, etc.) are fine with some notice.

Overnight guests/partners are okay only after talking with me and the flatmates first, due to the short-term rental setup.

Quiet hours until 9 AM on weekdays, 9:30 AM on weekends.
The flat is on a small side street with little traffic.
YouBike station is 2 min walk, MRT is 10 min walk (faster by bike).

The apartment doorbell works. Building door is always open.
Apartment door should be locked manually from inside and outside.

Using my scooter might be possible if you have a license.
